• Maintain and grow key prepaid retail relationships globally in collaboration with the Director of Business Development.
• Drive global sales and revenue objectives alongside the Roblox prepaid sales leads across multiple international markets.
• Lead international expansion initiatives by assessing new market opportunities, negotiating terms, and driving successful launch execution.
• Review and monitor retail account activity, resolve major obstacles, and improve sales performance.
• Take lead for sales analysis, business reviews, and strategy collaboration.
• Manage end-to-end sales onboarding of new retail partners for both physical and digital prepaid products globally.
• Analyze and adapt new strategies to respond to changing business trends and legal requirements.

• Prepaid
  
  Experience:
  
  In-depth knowledge of the prepaid industry with ability to work with distributor/retail partners to grow and optimize the business, both physical and digital, plan and execute retail marketing programs, and define and pitch new Roblox prepaid products.
• Data analysis skills:
  Ability to analyze sales data, market trends, and advertising metrics to make data-driven decisions, and collaborate with internal data teams to leverage prepaid data to drive the business forward.
• Account management experience:
  Experience in managing global client relationships, negotiating contracts, setting performance goals, ensuring customer satisfaction, and executing against the annual account strategy.
• Communication skills:
  Excellent verbal, written, and executive-level communication with the ability to convey complex information clearly and persuasively.
• Problem-solving:
  Proactive approach to identifying issues, finding solutions, and implementing changes to improve performance.
• Team collaboration:
  Ability to work with marketing, business development, product/eng development, finance, and tax/legal teams.
• Technical proficiency:
  Comfortable with tools like Excel, Google Analytics, and popular e-commerce and advertising technology.
• Education/
  
  Experience:
  
  A Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent and 4+ years of account management experience in the prepaid card industry.

The starting base pay for this position is as shown below. The actual base pay is dependent upon a variety of job-related factors such as professional background, training, work experience, location, business needs and market demand. Therefore, in some circumstances, the actual salary could fall outside of this expected range. This pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future.

All full-time employees are also eligible for equity compensation and for benefits as described on this page. Annual Salary Range $129,760 — $163,450 USD.

Roles that are based in an office are onsite Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday, with optional presence on Monday and Friday (unless otherwise noted).
