IXL Learning seeks a product manager to guide the development of key components of our flagship product, IXL.

17 million U.S. students use IXL to learn math, English, science, social studies, and Spanish, answering 160 billion questions to date. Current focuses include building dashboards and analytics for teachers, maximizing student motivation, and ensuring a great experience for large school districts.

• Contribute to IXL product strategy alongside our CEO, COO, and VP of Product.
• Create outstanding product designs and work independently to deliver high‑quality solutions.
• Collaborate with engineering, data, and other teams to turn ideas into reality.
• Advise on prioritization of features, roadmap decisions, and go‑to‑market initiatives.
• Act as a product owner for key product components, collecting user feedback and driving iterative improvement.

• At least 5 years of product management experience, with at least 2 years in a product manager role at a technology company.
• Strong analytical, creative, and intuitive product leadership skills.
• Experience building or scaling data‑rich products with dashboards or analytics for educators.
• Comfortable working with senior leadership and being open to challenging existing product assumptions.
• Excellent communication and cross‑functional collaboration abilities.

Base salary range $125,000 to $180,000, plus equity and benefits. Pay is determined by work location, level, and additional factors including experience and education.
