Responsibilities- Greet and welcome visitors in a friendly and professional manner
- Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate person or department
- Provide excellent customer support by addressing inquiries and resolving issues
- Coordinate and schedule appointments, meetings, and conference rooms
- Assist with project coordination, including organizing and maintaining project files
- Perform order entry tasks, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
- Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as needed
- Serve as a personal assistant to executives, handling administrative tasks such as travel arrangements and expense reports
- Assist with event planning and coordination, including logistics and vendor management
- Perform clerical duties such as filing, scanning, and photocopying documents
- Proofread documents for grammar, spelling, and formatting errors
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proficiency in using Quick Books or similar accounting software
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry tasks
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Professional demeanor with a positive attitude
