Job Summary

The Field Office Coordinator is responsible for providing professional, general administrative office and project support and office coordination to project sites.

Salary Range

SALARY RANGE: $30.00 - $40.00 hourly

Job Responsibilities
  • Exercise general supervision of multiple job sites to monitor and manage projects during each phase of construction; including but not limited to pre‑construction, construction, closeout, and post‑construction.
  • Setup, assist, and maintain project commitment data in CMiC.
  • Create project contract documents in CMiC and issue via Docu Sign; follow up to assist with completion as needed.
  • Assist in compiling customer billings, lien releases, and billing backup as requested by the project team.
  • Distribute and collect documents from subcontractors and maintain document logs as requested.
  • Compile client‑required cost substantiation documentation and reconciliation.
  • Enter weekly field timecards and verify correct coding as requested by the project team.
  • Maintain accurate job files, logs, and records as directed.
  • Assist in project set‑up and close‑out process throughout the project duration.
  • Provide general office support, including assisting leadership and administrative teams.
  • Occasional onsite jobsite support for facility setup.
  • Run errands to support office operations (e.g., picking up supplies, deliveries).
  • Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
  • High school graduate or equivalent, with at least 2 years of college education preferred.
  • Requires two years of experience in construction administration directly supporting field construction operations.
  • Proficient knowledge of construction project procedures, concepts, and practices.
  • Strong verbal communication skills and professional telephone manner.
  • Excellent multitasking, problem‑solving, time‑management, and organizational skills.
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Preferred knowledge of Docu Sign, Bluebeam, Adobe Acrobat, GCPay, Power

  • Basic knowledge of accounting principles; preference for experience in CMiC.
  • Self‑motivated, reliable, with a sense of urgency, ownership of tasks, and accountability.
  • Professional, positive, can‑do attitude; receptive to constructive feedback.
  • Adaptable to change with sufficient autonomy in a minimally supervised environment.
  • Ability to learn quickly and maintain professionalism under stress.
  • Enthusiastic about BNBuilders’ mission and able to meet client expectations.
  • Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license for errands.
