Service Mechanic Level 2

We’re hiring an experienced Equipment Mechanic to join our team in San Marcos, Texas. This role involves traveling to job sites and customer locations to perform maintenance and repairs on a range of rental equipment, including boom lifts, scissor lifts, telehandlers, and more.

You’ll represent our service team on-site, so strong communication skills are important—both when working with customers and when coordinating with the shop. The right candidate will have solid mechanic experience, a commitment to safety, and the ability to stay compliant with both company policies and industry standards.

• Travel to job sites and customer locations for maintenance and repair of rental equipment.
• Represent the service team on-site, communicating with customers and coordinating with the shop.
• Maintain high safety standards and comply with company policies and industry regulations.
• Communicate effectively with customers and team members to ensure service quality.

• Solid experience as a mechanic.
• Strong communication skills with customers and within the team.
• Commitment to safety and adherence to company and industry standards.
• Pre‑employment drug test required.
• Clean driving record.

Monday‑Friday, with occasional Saturday availability as needed.
