PositionAs an Inside Sales Representative, you will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional customer experiences by conducting virtual video surveys to assess our clients' moving and storage needs accurately. Through your effective communication skills and attention to detail, you will create personalized estimates and recommendations, ensuring that each customer receives a tailored and reliable estimate for their relocation requirements.
Priorities- Conduct virtual video surveys with clients to assess their belongings, inventory, and specific moving requirements.
- Use all available channels, including phone calls, text messages, and emails with a goal of converting leads into booked appointments and booked moves.
- Build rapport with clients during video surveys, addressing their questions and concerns professionally and knowledgeably.
- Utilize technology tools and software to guide clients through the video survey process and accurately capture relevant details.
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in a service‑oriented industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to present and close sales opportunities in a virtual setting.

The starting pay rate is $20 per hour plus commissions and bonus opportunities. This position comes with uncapped commission; top performers in this role bring home over $100,000 annually. Dependent on the length of service, hours worked, and applicable agreements, benefits include medical, dental, vision, life, and optional disability insurance, sick pay of 2.66 hours for every 80 hours worked, paid holidays (7 days annually), three personal days (prorated based on start date), bereavement pay and retirement benefits.

Technology Skills- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite products including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Competent with Microsoft Teams.
- Familiarity with Hub Spot or similar CRM tools for maintaining customer records.
- 2+ years of sales experience, industry experience preferred.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to establish and maintain strong relationships.
- Self‑motivated, proactive, and comfortable in video conferencing settings to perform virtual surveys with clients.
- Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
