Member Assist Cart Attendant

Base pay range$16.00/hr – $23.00/hr
Position ResponsibilitiesIn the Member Assist–Cart Attendant role, you are responsible for ensuring members see a well‑kept parking lot, helping members with their purchases, and ensuring carts are ready and available. You will also assist members in loading their vehicles and support creating a great member experience. This means you are constantly on your feet and on the go, rain or shine.

- Provide exceptional customer service and answer members’ questions as needed.
- Maintain a clean, neat, and member‑ready area.
- Ensure club pick‑up orders are filled, notify members of delays, and offer alternatives.
- Maintain safety of the facility by conducting sweeps and reporting unsafe situations.
- Provide member service by acknowledging members, assisting with purchasing decisions, processing transactions, and using cash registers.
- Organize and maintain availability of carts and flatbeds.
- Compliance with company policies, procedures, and standards of ethics and integrity.
- Complete work assignments by using policies, data, and resources and adapting to change.
