Schedule: Must be available Tuesdays & Thursdays

Pay Range: $11.00 per hour to $14.00 per hour

• Makes and serves coffee/espresso drinks and related food and beverage items following standard measures and recipes.
• Prepares espresso orders for customers and catering using standard measures and recipes.
• Enters orders accurately into POS; accepts cash and card payments.
• Replenishes condiments, beverages and general supplies; maintains cleanliness of service area.
• Ensures proper presentation, portion control and serving temperatures; follows HACCP standards.
• Maintains sanitation and orderliness of all equipment, supplies and utensils.
• Follows approved recipes and production standards for food preparation.
• Greets customers courteously and communicates to ensure customer satisfaction; relays concerns to supervisors when needed.
• Serves customers quickly and efficiently; supports smooth serving lines.
• Explains daily menu items accurately and recommends options to customers.
• Supports selling techniques and helps customers with buying decisions.
• Merchandises display foods attractively and serves food neatly per standards.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

• Barista experience preferred.
• Reliable with excellent guest service and efficient speed of service.
