Position: RN-ER-Emergency Department (Travel/Contract)
We’re hiring experienced RN-ER-Emergency Department for a 12‑week contract in San Marcos, Texas — earn up to ($1,800–$1,894 per week) while providing essential care at a leading facility. Most candidates will need to have at least 2 years of recent experience in the specialty.

- Provide high-quality emergency care to patients in the ER.
- Monitor and assess patient conditions and respond to emergencies.
- Engage in continuous learning to enhance clinical skills and knowledge.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Participate in ongoing professional development and training programs.
- Utilize performance metrics to evaluate and improve care delivery.
- Document patient care activities and maintain accurate medical records.
- Adhere to safety protocols and infection control measures.
- Assist in triaging patients based on severity of conditions.
- Contribute to departmental goals and participate in quality improvement initiatives.
- Educate patients and families on health management and treatment plans.
- Maintain effective communication with patients, families, and healthcare team.
- Current RN license in Texas with BLS and ACLS certifications.
- Commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in an emergency department setting.
- Strong clinical assessment skills and ability to respond to emergencies.
- Effective communication skills to engage with patients and families.
- Experience collaborating with multidisciplinary healthcare teams.
- Understanding of safety protocols and infection control measures.
- Skills in triaging patients based on severity of conditions.
- Ability to document patient care accurately and maintain records.
- Ability to utilize performance metrics for care delivery improvement.
