Position: RN-ER-Emergency Department (Travel/Contract)

We’re hiring experienced RN-ER-Emergency Department for a 12‑week contract in San Marcos, Texas — earn up to ($1,800–$1,894 per week) while providing essential care at a leading facility. Most candidates will need to have at least 2 years of recent experience in the specialty.

• Provide high-quality emergency care to patients in the ER.
• Monitor and assess patient conditions and respond to emergencies.
• Engage in continuous learning to enhance clinical skills and knowledge.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Participate in ongoing professional development and training programs.
• Utilize performance metrics to evaluate and improve care delivery.
• Document patient care activities and maintain accurate medical records.
• Adhere to safety protocols and infection control measures.
• Assist in triaging patients based on severity of conditions.
• Contribute to departmental goals and participate in quality improvement initiatives.
• Educate patients and families on health management and treatment plans.
• Maintain effective communication with patients, families, and healthcare team.

• Current RN license in Texas with BLS and ACLS certifications.
• Commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in an emergency department setting.
• Strong clinical assessment skills and ability to respond to emergencies.
• Effective communication skills to engage with patients and families.
• Experience collaborating with multidisciplinary healthcare teams.
• Understanding of safety protocols and infection control measures.
• Skills in triaging patients based on severity of conditions.
• Ability to document patient care accurately and maintain records.
• Ability to utilize performance metrics for care delivery improvement.
