Overview
We are now hiring Production Workers for a Manufacturing company in San Marcos, TX. These positions are starting ASAP! Please submit your resume to this posting and call our office at for more information.
Pay: $19/hr + $1/ shift differential
Schedule: 2nd Shift Monday-Friday 2:00pm-10:30pm.
MUST be able to train on 1st shift (Monday-Friday 6:00am-2:30pm)
ResponsibilitiesResponsible for assembling products for shipment. Duties may include manual assembly of products and completing checks on equipment to ensure quality production.
- Compliance to safety procedures and company policies for equipment and tool operation.
- Utilize basic hand tools to assemble and build products.
- Operate and maintain necessary machinery and equipment.
- Follow production guidelines and specifications.
- Maintain a clean workstation and production floor.
- Report any issues to the supervisor on duty.
- Perform other tasks as assigned.
- Mechanical aptitude.
- Problem Solving/Critical Thinking.
- Attention to detail.
- Attendance and punctuality.
- Ability to interpret assembly drawings.
- Safety awareness.
