We are seeking a full-time Maintenance Manager to join our team at our San Marcos, TX location. This is an on-site role responsible for overseeing daily maintenance operations, managing repairs, and ensuring all equipment operates efficiently. Responsibilities include implementing preventive maintenance schedules, leading a team of skilled maintenance technicians, managing maintenance budgets, and complying with safety regulations. The Maintenance Manager will play a vital role in ensuring seamless operations to support the company’s high standards for service quality and efficiency.

• Strong Supervisory Skills, with the ability to lead, train, and motivate a team effectively
• Expertise in Equipment Maintenance and Preventive Maintenance techniques
• Proficiency in Maintenance Management and overseeing repair projects
• Practical experience in Maintenance and Repair of industrial equipment
• Knowledge of workplace safety standards and compliance practices
• Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills
• Previous experience in a commercial or industrial environment is preferred
• Bachelor’s degree or technical certification in a related field is a plus
