RN Executive Director Hospice – Optum, CHRISTUS Hospice – Central Texas
As the Executive Director, you will serve as the Administrator of the entire home health provider, overseeing day‑to‑day operations, patient eligibility, service planning, compliance, profitability, staff motivation, and quality of services. You will also act as a liaison with management staff and other departments throughout the company.
Primary Responsibilities- Coordinate and complete assigned projects to support the company’s immediate and long‑range objectives.
- Oversee patient eligibility, planning of services, and supervise total home health care.
- Implement and maintain administrative practices, philosophy, goals, and policies ensuring compliance with applicable state and federal regulations.
- Enhance agency profitability and motivate and retain qualified staff while assuring quality of services.
- Current and unrestricted Registered Nurse licensure with at least one year of supervisory or administrative experience in home healthcare or a related field.
- Current CPR certification.
- Current driver’s license, vehicle insurance, access to a dependable vehicle, or public transportation.
- Experience in home care.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Ability to work independently.
- Good communication, writing, and organizational skills.
Salary range: 89,900 – 160,600 annually (full‑time, based on local labor markets, education, experience, certifications). Benefits include a comprehensive package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase, and 401(k) contribution. All benefits are subject to eligibility requirements.
