What You'll Do

As a Manufacturing Engineer, you'll be at the heart of our production strategy-designing, developing, and implementing processes that bring Thermon's products to life. You'll champion lean initiatives, lead process improvements, and support new product introductions, all while ensuring operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

* Innovate & Implement:
Develop new process technologies for existing products and integrate new designs into production.

* Own the Process:
Take full accountability for execution of manufacturing orders/projects in partnership with operations.

* Drive Continuous Improvement:
Collaborate across teams to enhance efficiency and support lean and Six Sigma initiatives.

* Optimize Performance:
Improve production KPIs such as On-Time Delivery, First Pass Yield, and shop efficiency.

* Design & Develop:
Create tools, equipment, production drawings, and routings based on engineering documentation.

* Train & Support:
Provide technical guidance and training to production personnel.

* Document & Standardize:
Write and update SOPs for operational processes.

* Problem-Solve:
Manage Returned Material Requests and contribute to special projects as needed.

Qualifications

* Engineering degree with 4 years relevant experience

* Strong Project Management experience: excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.

* Lean Manufacturing experience.

* Expert level in Microsoft Office suite of tools

* Extensive knowledge of production principles and techniques.

* Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.

* Proficient with Solidworks.

* Strong technical and analytical background
