Godfrey Learning Academy is an accredited, teacher‑led microschool serving students from Pre‑K through middle school. Our mission is to empower students to grow with confidence, creativity, and a lifelong love of learning.

This is not a traditional classroom role. Teachers at Godfrey Learning Academy design engaging, hands‑on learning experiences for small groups of students.

At Godfrey Learning Academy, teachers work with
small classes of no more than 12 students
, allowing for personalized instruction, meaningful relationships, and a learning environment where students can truly flourish.

• Teach core elementary subjects including
  reading, writing, mathematics, science, and social studies
• Provide personalized instruction to small groups of students
• Differentiate instruction to support a variety of learning styles and academic levels
• Design
  hands‑on learning experiences, projects, and STEAM‑based activities
  that engage students in meaningful learning
• Foster curiosity through interactive lessons rather than relying heavily on textbooks or worksheets
• Monitor student progress and communicate regularly with families
• Foster a positive classroom culture that builds confidence, curiosity, and independence
• Collaborate with fellow educators to support student success and program growth

Starting salary:$34,000 – $45,000 per year
, depending on experience and certification.
