The Account Manager is Ace’s primary business contact for National Accounts and is responsible for client interaction and overall service delivery satisfaction, client volume and revenue growth. The Account Manager ensures excellent customer service and represents Account needs and goals within the organization to maintain quality. The Account Manager is responsible for building relationships with Account staff that keep consistent business volume and earn new and repeat business.
Priorities- Perform Account Management duties for assigned national account clients, including relationships with Relocation Management Company and direct client relationships.
- Be the liaison between the Account and Ace Relocation Systems personnel and service departments.
- Understand each client’s scoring methodology, and integrate this into daily interactions and purposeful, measurable actions geared toward monitoring, maintaining, and exceeding required scores.
- Work with the Customer Experience Director to assist our team in problem solving to ensure the resolution is in Ace and Account’s best interest and that customer satisfaction has been achieved.
- Communicate client escalations and resolutions to key external and internal stakeholders – be instrumental in facilitating a favorable outcome.
- Lead in the onboarding process for new accounts.
- 5+ years of moderate to heavy hands‑on account management in an office environment.

The pay rate is $80,000 equivalent annual salary plus incentives. Starting pay rate is based on criteria such as location, experience, qualifications, and the terms of any applicable agreement. Dependent on the length of service, hours worked, and applicable agreements, benefits include medical, dental, vision, life, and optional disability insurance, sick pay of 2.66 hours for every 80 hours worked, vacation pay of 3.08 hours for every 80 hours worked, paid holidays (7 days annually), three personal days (prorated based on start date), bereavement pay and retirement benefits.

Skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite products including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Competent with Microsoft Teams.
- High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED).
- 5 years of relevant work experience.
