The Kitchen Project Specialist supports the store by offering Knowledgeable Help, making our showrooms Easy to Shop, providing Efficient Service, and ensuring product availability. They welcome customers, assess kitchen project needs, provide information on products and services, make purchasing recommendations, and schedule additional appointments and consultations as needed. They support Product Availability and ensure showrooms are Easy to Shop by providing quick designs for in-stock cabinet options, assessing stock levels, and performing light pack down and pack out activities as needed, focusing on products, samples, and brochures within the Showroom.

By supporting these priorities, Kitchen Project Specialists drive sales to meet department and store goals. They also maintain a safe working and shopping environment by following safety policies and standards, completing required safety training, correcting hazards or reporting unsafe conditions to the Manager On Duty, and working safely to protect themselves, coworkers, vendors, and customers.

• Support showrooms to be Easy to Shop by offering quick designs for in-stock cabinet options and managing stock levels; perform light packing down/out activities as needed; focus on products, samples, and brochures.
• Drive sales to support department and store goals.
• Maintain a safe environment by following safety policies, completing safety training, and reporting hazards or unsafe conditions to the Manager On Duty.
