Overview
Kitchen Team Associate at Panda Restaurant Group. We’re looking for friendly team players to cook delicious food while maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness for our guests. You’ll work in a safe, supportive environment with opportunities to learn and grow. Training is available if you’re new to the role, and you can participate in our Panda Cares community initiatives.
Responsibilities- Provide an exceptional dining experience for guests – greeting, serving food, and handling payments at the cash register
- Maintain the cleanliness and appearance of the store
- Follow operations standards and safety procedures to serve fresh, quality food
- Work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment; may work at different positions – front counter, drive-through, or kitchen
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily goals in a positive, team-oriented environment
- Friendly and helpful team members
- Operations experience is a plus
- Some high school
- Food Handler certification may be required depending on local requirements (acquired at employee expense)

Work areas may be hot with steam and vapors; work is performed standing for long periods. May lift up to 50 lbs, and work in a fast-paced environment with loud noise. Ability to communicate effectively and adapt to changing priorities required.
