Responsibilities- Lead a crew, assign tasks, supervise, and assist crew members in horticultural practices.
- Transport crew and equipment to job sites daily.
- Communicate with customers on-site to confirm priorities and inform them of scheduled maintenance.
- Perform landscape maintenance duties such as mowing, edging, pruning, weeding, blowing, raking, pesticide application, and maintenance of electrical, mechanical, hydraulic systems, and power equipment.
- Strong safety orientation, dependability, sense of urgency, and positive attitude.
- Effective communication skills with customers, managers, and crew.
- Valid California Class C Driver's License with a satisfactory driving record.
