Yourday as a Self Storage Assistant Manager
As a Self Storage Assistant Manager, you will greet customers and ensure their needs are met with excellent service. Day-to-day tasks include managing rental agreements, conducting property inspections, and maintaining cleanliness throughout the facility. You will handle inquiries via phone or email, troubleshoot customer issues, and oversee the security of the property to keep our community safe. Your workweek is Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 6 PM, with weekend responsibilities from 8 AM to 5 PM.
You will have two days off each week to recharge.
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Excellent organizational abilities to track rental agreements, inventory, and facility maintenance
- Familiarity with property management software (a plus)
- Valid driver’s license (may assist with property inspections or client transport)
- Problem-solving skills for handling inquiries or issues
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
