Are you passionate about leveraging technology to support healthcare accessibility? Join our mission-driven team as a Cloud Engineer and help ensure the stability and security of the systems that power care for underserved communities.
Your Role & Impact As Cloud Engineer, you'll serve as a technical expert on the True Care IT team, managing on-prem Active Directory, Group Policy, Azure AD, and our Azure cloud tenant. You'll oversee SSO IdP applications, Azure Endpoint Manager, Entra , and services such as Exchange Online and SharePoint Online. Automating common tasks via scripting with Power Shell or similar languages will be key to your success.
You'll also act as an escalation point for the internal IT service desk and lead project-based assignments that strengthen our infrastructure.
What We're Looking For
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Information Systems or Computer Science, or equivalent technical experience
* 8 years of systems administration experience supporting 700+ end users
* Expert level proficiency in Microsoft Windows Server OS, Active Directory (on-prem and Azure), SharePoint & Exchange Online
* Expertise in Microsoft Endpoint Manager (Intune), Microsoft Entra, and Auto Pilot
* Strong understanding of virtualization platforms (VMWare, Citrix) and cloud environments (Azure or AWS)
* Knowledge of network standards and protocols
* Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite

The pay range for this role is $120,551 - $186,854 on an annual basis.
