Qualifications- 5+ years running programs with administrative and supervisory responsibility.
- Experience in managing enterprise applications and business systems.
- Strong communication, collaboration, problem‑solving.
Bachelor’s degree in IT, business administration, public administration or related field preferred.
Required LicensesValid driver’s license with satisfactory driving record.
