The Department of Information Systems and Analytics seeks to develop a pool of candidates for postdoctoral scholar positions. A post‑doc is a professional appointment designed to provide recent doctoral degree recipients with an opportunity to gain experience and skills that will advance their careers. A post‑doc works under the supervision and sponsorship of a regular faculty member, who serves as a mentor and provides an orientation and development plan.
The appointment involves a substantial, full‑time commitment to research, scholarship, teaching, or other professional activities. Eligibility for annual reappointment is contingent upon satisfactory annual performance evaluations, continuity of funding, and departmental need.

The post‑doctoral scholar will work under the guidance of a faculty sponsor, develop and conduct independent research, contribute to scholarly publications, participate in teaching and the mentoring of graduate students, and engage in departmental service activities. The role requires a strong commitment to scholarly achievement, active participation in the academic community, and development of a research agenda aligned with the department’s mission.
Required Qualifications- Recently awarded a Ph.D. or equivalent in a related field
