• $20.50 – $23.50 per hour (based on experience)

As a Customer Service Representative (CSR), you’ll be a trusted guide for pet families during stressful and emotional moments. You’ll work closely with doctors and technicians to ensure clear communication, smooth patient flow, and an exceptional client experience.

• Monday, Wednesday, Friday: 8:00am – 9:00pm
• Sunday, Monday, Tuesday: 9:00am – 10:00pm
• Thursday, Friday, Saturday: 6:00am – 7:00pm

• Welcome clients and check in patients
• Manage high-volume phone calls and client updates
• Support estimates, check-outs, and financial transactions
• Communicate compassionately during urgent situations
• Partner with technicians and doctors to maintain workflow

• 2+ years of veterinary experience (GP, ER, or specialty required)
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Calm, professional demeanor in fast-paced environments
