Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to lead commercial and public works projects from preconstruction through closeout. This role is responsible for overall project execution, including cost control, schedule management, subcontractor coordination, compliance, and client communication. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, financially minded, and comfortable managing multiple stakeholders in a fast‑paced environment.

• Lead project execution from preconstruction through closeout.
• Control project budgets and monitor cost performance.

Competitive salary based on experience. $140,000–$160,000 yearly.
