As a Project Coordinator, you will report to the division Project Manager, work closely with supervisors and field employees, and must be a self‑starter who is resourceful, good at problem solving, organized, and able to multi‑task.

- Read telecom system prints or engineering drawings.
- Report production, job status, and billing information; construction work‑force planning experience preferred.
- Work 1‑3 years as project controls on construction projects (ideal).
- Perform quality‑assurance audits on reporting.
- Demonstrate strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Complete deliverables independently on a daily basis.
- Use Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) to navigate large datasets for contractual reporting using pivot tables, SUMIFS, V‑LOOKUP, etc.
- Work independently with coworkers, customers, and others in unsupervised settings.
- Provide accurate and reliable information to others in the company.
- Drive for work safely as required.
- Use computers and related technology responsibly.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Be at least 18 years of age.
- Be authorized to work in the United States.
- Have permit experience (required).
- Possess a valid driver’s license.
- Have 1‑3 years of relevant experience.
- Pass a background and drug screen.
- Show good organization, multitasking, time‑management, and documentation skills.
- Have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Know state, highway department, and municipal requirements for telecom construction permitting.
- Know traffic‑control permitting requirements.
- Be proficient with Microsoft Office and Adobe Professional.
- Know Microsoft Project.
- Have some knowledge of as‑built drawings.
- Be able to work independently and build strong business relationships at all levels.
- Interact effectively with other team members.
- Follow instructions and directions to perform job tasks.
- Adapt quickly by learning new skills and unlearning outdated ones.
- Prefer construction experience.
- Permit experience required (duplicate).
The wage range for Project Coordinator is $21.00 – $27.00 per hour.
