Responsibilities- Supervise and coach managers
- Assist with completion of annual performance evaluations
- Assist with recruiting efforts
- Ensure staffing schedules are maintained
- Assist with directing activities of healthcare staff
- Make clinical rounds
- Assist in maintaining the overall administrative responsibility within the facility
- Review and analyze budgeting and financial reports for the facility and develop corrective action plan as needed. Provide insight behind the numbers, assist direct reports with understanding budgeting, planning and forecasting consistent with the contract financial plan.
- Active, unrestricted license as a Registered Nurse in AZ
- Bachelors in nursing preferred
- Active CPR (BLS - AHA or American Red Cross)
- Progressive administrative/management training in a healthcare setting preferred
