The Pilot is responsible for providing a superior air transportation experience while maintaining an outstanding safety record on every flight.

• Safe operation of aircraft per FAA guidelines, OEM checklists, Net Jets FOM or AOM, and SOPs.
• Pre‑flight greeting, introductions, itinerary briefing, weather updates, and safety briefings.
• Deliver in‑flight service, including alcohol handling and catering.
• Load and stow all baggage on board.
• Handle owners with pets or who smoke.
• Act as final authority on all operational areas and compliance with safety and regulatory guidance.
• Serve as liaison for owners/passengers from arrival at the FBO to final landing and departure.
• Communicate maintenance abnormalities or discrepancies to the MCC Control Center.
• Complete any paperwork associated with maintenance abnormalities or discrepancies.
• Other duties as assigned depending on assignment.

• FAA ATP with multi‑engine rating (or meeting required FAA ATP/R‑ATP criteria).
• At least 21 years of age and 1,500 total flight hours (or equivalent).
• Minimum 200 cross‑country flight hours, 250 fixed‑wing PIC hours, 100 night hours (or 75 with ≥45 night takeoffs/landings).
• 50 hours fixed‑wing, multi‑engine time.
• Current First‑Class Medical certificate.
• Valid FCC Restricted Radio Operator's Permit and U.S. passport.
• Authorization to work in the U.S. and travel internationally without restriction.
• Ability to work varying hours, including day/night, weekdays, weekends, and holidays.
• Strong communication, decision‑making, and customer‑service skills.
• Physical capability to handle up to 50 pounds of force occasionally or 30 pounds frequently.
• Proficiency in English and a neat, professional appearance.
