Compensation Pay Range: $16.50 - $24.50 per hour. The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the applicable minimum wage. Additional compensation may include annual, quarterly performance bonuses, and premiums based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if criteria are met.
The Retail Service Specialist will support the Store Manager and Assistant Managers in sales, customer service, store appearance, and store operations. This position will also assume shift management responsibilities in the absence of the Assistant or Store Manager.

Essential Job Functions- Lead store team members in providing excellent customer service to retail and professional customers.
- Supervise customer service levels in the retail showroom, including team member execution of programs such as Related Sales, Hi5, Rock the Call, Never Say No, Rock the Lot, etc.
- Ensure the telephone is answered according to company policy.
- Process all buy online/ship to store, hub, store-to-store transfers, and DC add orders in a timely manner, contacting customers upon shipment arrival as needed.
- Handle special orders and outside purchases efficiently and according to procedure using the electronic outside purchase order ledger.
- Process retail customer returns and exchanges efficiently and friendly, issuing refunds accurately with correct payment methods and staging returned merchandise properly.
- Invoice all merchandise, including core charges and warranties, before product leaves the store.
- Communicate Zipline messages and delegate Image Maker and merchandising tasks as assigned.
- Ensure team members adhere to posted work schedule, obtain approval for changes/deviations, and clock in/out according to company policy.
- Perform all store opening/closing duties, including day‑end procedures, securing money/deposits, preparing bank deposits, ensuring night security lights are on, locking doors, arming/disarming alarms, and securing delivery vehicles.
- Other duties as assigned.
Required:
- Strong communication skills.
- Ability to obtain RSS Certification.
Desired:
- Retail sales experience, preferably in auto parts.
- Automotive systems and repair knowledge.
- ASE Certification.
- Fluency in multiple languages – Spanish highly desired.
