Overview
As the Store Manager, you are responsible for the store’s overall performance, talent initiatives, operational execution, visual standards, and customer experience. Ideal candidates are motivated, adaptable to change, coachable, values oriented, strong talent developers, and have a passion for our brand. This opening is for our upcoming new location on Higuera Street, opening Spring 2026.
Responsibilities- Overall store performance and KPI management
- Serve as brand ambassador by showing passion for the brand and educating customers on our history; maintain knowledge of products and the industry
- Create effective action plans to maintain or improve performance
- Build new and repeat business through clienteling
- Training and development
- Recruiting, onboarding, and developing internal and external talent
- Effective communication that energizes and encourages teamwork
- Lead through collaboration, encourage idea sharing, and foster accountability and trust
- Communicate new initiatives and goals clearly and timely
- Customer service excellence for both purchasing and non-purchasing customers
- Lead by example in tone, personal presentation, and store presence
- Lead and coach on return policies while prioritizing the customer experience
- Respond quickly to customer complaints in a professional, resolution-oriented manner
- Lead execution of brand visual standards and updates
- Operations: execute daily store operations efficiently
- Schedule team members to meet business needs and budget
- Manage store inventory with attention to detail per SOPs
- Lead opening and closing duties
- You are adaptable and easily manage change
- You are organized with excellent time management skills
- You have an eye for spotting and recruiting talent
- You are motivated and results-driven
- You are coachable and receptive to feedback
- You are passionate about the gorjana brand
- At least one year of experience in a retail leadership position
- Must be over 18 years of age
- Ability to lift or move at least 50 lbs
- Ability to bend, squat, twist and reach
- Ability to stand and/or walk for at least 6 hours per shift
- Flexible to the needs of the business, including nights, weekends, and holiday shifts

- Salary range starts between $75,000 - $85,000 plus commission and bonus opportunities
