Quality Administrator

Job Summary

Quality Administrator role at Empirical Systems Aerospace, Inc. (ESAero). The Quality Administrator is responsible for assisting the Quality Team—including Management, Engineering, and Inspection—and helping maintain databases, logs, and other administrative materials used by the quality department.

• Assist in updating and maintaining the Quality Management System, training documentation, and planning.
• Manage record keeping and document control.
• Support internal audits, maintain the audit schedule, and assist the team during external audits.
• Help maintain calibration logs and records, approved supplier list, and survey records.
• Track and schedule corrective actions, support non‑conformance resolution, and ensure all supporting documents are complete.
• Provide general support, including KPI collection, updating quality notes for purchase orders, and other related tasks.

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent).
• Detail‑oriented with a focus on accuracy and compliance.
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in aerospace quality or operations administration—or related roles.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; able to collaborate with cross‑functional teams.
• Familiarity with quality systems, preferably ISO 9001/AS9100.
• Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office products.
