Cloud Operations Engineer

We are looking for a Cloud Operations Engineer who will be responsible for implementing, maintaining, troubleshooting and monitoring our infrastructure; also, to collaborate with other team members to develop automation strategies and deployment processes.

• Help tune performance and ensure high availability of infrastructure.
• Design and develop infrastructure monitoring and reporting tools.
• Respond to phone calls, email, and technical requests in a timely manner.
• Participate in daily team meetings.
• Available to take a 24/7 on‑call rotation to handle emergency issues.
• Document, track, and communicate solutions to problems.

• Solid Experience with Linux servers in virtualized environments
• Familiarity with the fundamentals of Linux scripting languages (BASH)
• Proficient with deploying and maintaining applications Kubernetes
• Good analytical / troubleshooting skills
• Solid experience deploying and maintaining applications within AWS, including the use of awscli, EC2 and RDS instances, etc.
• Experience installing, configuring, and maintaining services such as Loki,
• Hands‑on experience with Prometheus, Zabbix, Nagios, Solar Winds or other systems monitoring software.
• Proficient with network tools such as iptables, tcpdump, wireshark, etc.
• Ability to build and monitor services on production infrastructure
• Knowledge of Network Infrastructure including VPNs, Routers, Firewalls, load balancing and Switches.
• Knowledge of networking principles and applications / technologies (e.g., TCP /
