This position is located at the Embassy Suites by Hilton in San Luis Obispo, CA. Nestled in the heart of California’s Central Coast, our all-suite hotel offers convenient access to downtown SLO, local wineries, and scenic hiking trails. What you will do:you bring:
- Speak clearly and listen carefully.
- Use personal judgment and specialized knowledge to give information to people.
- Use eyes, hands, and fingers accurately while operating a switchboard or computer keyboard.
- Deal with the public, customers, employees, union and government officials with tact and courtesy.
- Change activity frequently and cope with interruptions.

Hours:
This position is full‑time
. The role typically follows a rotating Mon‑Sun schedule. Ability to work any scheduled day of the week, including holidays, based on business needs is required.
