Licenses & Certifications (Required—one or more)
- ARRT (R, CT, MRI, M)
- ARDMS (Registered Diagnostic Medical Sonographer)
- NMTCB (Nuclear Medicine Technologist)
Job Description
The Diagnostic Imaging Department, overseeing patient services, staffing, scheduling, budgeting, and equipment operations. Ensures full compliance with local, state (California), and federal regulations, including CMS and The Joint Commission (TJC) standards. Provides direct supervision and leadership to multidisciplinary imaging staff, exercising independent judgment and managerial discretion.
Required Certifications: CRT, ARRT, and Fluoroscopy
Experience: Prior management experience with California regulatory requirements; CMS and TJC experience required.
Requirements
- CRT, ARRT, and Fluoroscopy certifications required
- Proven management experience in a diagnostic imaging setting
- Strong knowledge of California regulations, CMS, and TJC standards
Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and related experience: Required
- Master’s degree: Preferred
- Five years of registered technologist experience: Preferred
- One year of leadership experience: Preferred
