An amazing opportunity has just opened up for a Director of Nursing Perioperative Services based at French Hospital Medical Center. This position will oversee Perioperative Services for French, a 98 bed hospital located in San Luis Obispo.

In this role, you’ll oversee the daily operations of the Operating Room, PACU, Ambulatory Services, and Sterile Processing.

You will empower your Nurse Managers and other front line leaders, develop and manage budget, resources allocation, and strategy. You will assess unit operations and identify process improvements to enhance the patient experience.

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (e.g. BSN) or equivalent education and experience and Master's degree in nursing or other-related field (e.g., MSN/MBA/MHA) required.
• Minimum of three (3) years of nursing experience and two (2) years of leadership experience required.

• Registered Nursing License (RN) in CA required.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) required.
