TLC Nursing Associates, Inc. is seeking an experienced and motivated Diagnostic Imaging Manager to oversee the daily operations and personnel within the diagnostic imaging department. This role ensures the delivery of high-quality imaging services while maintaining regulatory compliance, operational efficiency, and exceptional patient care.

• Manage daily operations of imaging modalities including X-ray, CT, MRI, ultrasound, and fluoroscopy.
• Supervise and support imaging technologists, schedulers, and administrative staff.
• Coordinate staffing schedules, performance evaluations, and continuing education.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and accreditation standards (e.g., JCAHO, ACR).
• Maintain and improve imaging protocols and quality assurance procedures.
• Collaborate with radiologists, providers, and other departments to optimize workflow.
• Oversee maintenance and calibration of imaging equipment.
• Monitor department budget and manage resource allocation effectively.

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Radiologic Sciences, Healthcare Management, or related field.
• ARRT certification or equivalent required; advanced certifications preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of supervisory or managerial experience in medical imaging.
• Strong understanding of imaging modalities and regulatory requirements.
• Proven leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in radiology information systems (RIS), PACS, and EMR platforms.
