Assistant Clinical Supervisor level II – Spanish Bilingual Required – $1,000K Sign On

What would this role do?- Carry a caseload to meet billable services, including:
- Provide a minimum of 100 billable hours a month.
- Ensure that 85% of clinical direct services are delivered monthly with few or no cancellations.
- Provide an accurate utilization report to supervisor of caseload monthly.
- Manage a caseload to meet clinical quality standards, including:
- Manage a minimum of 980 hours.
- Individualize client program development across skill levels, moderate to severe problem behaviors, and service delivery settings.
- Monitor client progress, conduct ongoing assessment, and make data‑driven adjustments to the treatment plan as needed.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client progress, interventions, and outcomes.
- Consult with case provider on behavior treatment plans, recommendations, and transition plans prior to adjustments.
- Provide feedback to supervisor regarding instructors on each case.
- Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans based on findings.
- Collaborate with other professionals to coordinate care and ensure support to clients.
- Supervise a team of behavior technicians, including:
- Provide ongoing training, guidance, and support.
- Provide formal performance evaluations regarding program procedures, administrative tasks, direct therapy, and parent training skills.
- Provide clinical consultation that includes behavior plans and programming.
- Complete reports for behavioral health treatment plans for the caseload, including:
- Written data‑driven program summaries of the services provided during the authorization period.
- Submit prior to the deadlines indicated by the supervisor.
- Provide parent training.
- Maintain reliable communication to record scheduled appointments and return phone calls within 24 hours.
- Ensure that the company’s “zero tolerance policy” is understood, implemented, and reinforced.
- Ensure that HIPAA compliance is understood and reinforced.
- Implement client behavior plans across skill levels, moderate to severe problem behaviors, and service delivery settings.
- Comply with all mandated reporting laws and regulations.

- Spanish bilingual is required.
- Bachelor’s degree in ABA, psychology, special education, or related field.
- Actively enrolled in a master’s program in ABA, psychology, special education, or related field.
- Background check; all opportunities subject to thorough background check upon acceptance.
- 1 year experience providing behavior analysis services to individuals.
- 1 year experience providing direct service delivery with individuals of varying diagnoses, diverse levels of functioning, and broad range of ages.
- Ability to work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team.
- Minimum of 1 year supervision experience, including client program development, report writing, and expertise in empirically evaluated assessment and intervention strategies.
- Excellent clinical and leadership skills.
- Fluency with all Microsoft Office programs.
- Self‑motivated, responsible, honest, articulate, excellent time management, and able to work independently.
- Professional demeanor, well‑organized, and attention to detail.
- Skills consistent with serving culturally and linguistically diverse families in low and high socio‑economic status areas.
