Join our dynamic team as a Systems Engineer II/III. Your role applies cutting-edge model-based systems engineering (MBSE) techniques, focusing on tools like Cameo and Simulink to design, prototype, integrate, and test unmanned systems and munitions. Embracing Cameo, holistic thinking, interdisciplinary collaboration, and product line innovation are pivotal in this journey.

• Create and manage system models through Cameo Systems Modeler and Simulink.
• Define and enhance system requirements using MBSE methodologies.
• Prototype and engineer system solutions.
• Conduct comprehensive subsystem and system testing.
• Analyze data and troubleshoot challenges.
• Participate in design evaluations and technical gatherings.
• Engage with diverse teams to ensure seamless system synergy.

• Bachelor of Science in Systems Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or equivalent.
• Extensive proficiency in Cameo Systems Modeler.
• Over 4 years of hands-on experience in model-based systems engineering.
• Expertise in unmanned systems, aircraft, and/or munitions.
• Ability to lead and guide junior staff in an inclusive manner.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Practical hands-on experience (design/build/fly, RC aircraft, pilot).
• Collaborative team player.
• Adaptability in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Pay range for this role: $80,000 - $130,000 USD
