An established civil design and land services group with decades of regional experience is seeking a Lead Land Surveyor to guide and grow its survey department. This is a key leadership opportunity for someone ready to combine technical expertise, team development, and strategic growth.

• Lead and inspire a talented team of survey professionals.
• Oversee high-quality data collection, mapping, and reporting.

• Leadership background in land surveying with a proven track record of results.
• Expertise in modern surveying tools (GPS, total stations, and related technology).
• Strong knowledge of California land use regulations and codes.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• PLS license in California preferred or has LSIT with the intent of getting PLS
