Job Title: Entegris Leadership Development Program - Engineering
Job Description: Jump start your Engineering Career Entegris Leadership Development Program (ELDP) is uniquely designed to provide new-to-market and entry-level engineers meaningful exposure to the core engineering disciplines that drive our business. The ELDP targets candidates with a balance of technical acumen, desire for professional development, and the ability to complete complex projects while participating in the company’s custom learning curriculum.
The program includes three 12-month assignments in Product, Manufacturing, and a final assignment based on interest and business need in Plant Quality, Customer Quality, or Materials Quality. It provides exposure to mentors, senior leaders, and challenging project work aligned with corporate and divisional objectives, leading to a permanent placement within Entegris.
Program Highlights:
- Three 12-month assignments in Product engineering, Manufacturing engineering, and a final assignment in Plant Quality, Customer Quality, or Materials Quality (based on interest).
- On-the-job training and challenging project work contributing to business unit deliverables.
- Online learning management courses for core disciplines that fuel Entegris.

- Face-to-face interactions with Senior Leaders during workshops and presentation meetings.

Great candidates for this program would have the following:
- Aligned employment start date with the ELDP program start date — June 22, 2026.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in engineering with a strong GPA — graduation December 2025 or Spring 2026.
- New to the job market or early in their engineering career.
- Commitment to a 3-year training program with competitive compensation and full benefits.
- Relocation openness for rotational assignments to maximize development opportunities.
- Desire to establish a career with Entegris and aspire to future leadership roles.
- Proven track record of academic and/or professional achievement.
- Self-starter with initiative and readiness to jump in.
- Ability to interact confidently with employees and leaders at all levels.
- Willingness to stretch beyond comfort zones and adapt to new assignments and challenges.

- Compensation: $77,500/year for Bachelor's level; $82,500/year for Master's level.
