  • Prepare contract modifications and amendments as needed, coordinating approvals across internal teams.
  • Provide contract guidance and support to program managers, engineering teams, finance, and business operations.
  • Ensure proper flow‑down of FAR/DFARS clauses to subcontractors and suppliers.
  • Monitor and report on contract status, providing regular updates to program leadership and executives.
  • Support proposal development efforts by providing contract structure guidance and past performance documentation.
  • Identify and escalate contractual issues or risks, working with leadership to develop mitigation strategies.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of contract management policies, procedures, and best practices.
  • Coordinate contract closeout activities including final deliverables, financial reconciliation, and administrative actions.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Government Contracting, or a related field.
  • 3‑5+ years of experience in government contract administration, preferably in the aerospace or defense industry.
  • Strong working knowledge of FAR/DFARS regulations and their application to government contracts.

  • Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple contracts simultaneously.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with ability to interact professionally with customers, legal counsel, and internal stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Active security clearance or ability to obtain one.

Preferred Qualifications:
