This is a full-time, on-site role located in San Luis Obispo, CA, for an Assistant Parts Manager at Cardinale Automotive Group. The Assistant Parts Manager will oversee inventory control, manage service parts, and support customer service initiatives to ensure a seamless experience. They will work closely with both the team and customers to maintain efficient operations while striving to meet customer satisfaction goals.
The role also involves supervising part orders and ensuring accurate stock levels to support service teams effectively.
- Proficiency in inventory control and inventory management to ensure accurate maintenance of stock levels.
- Experience in customer satisfaction and customer service to foster positive client relationships.
- Knowledge of service parts to effectively manage part availability and assist in operations.
- Strong organizational and communication skills, with attention to detail and ability to work collaboratively.
- Prior experience in automotive or dealership operations is a plus.
- Technical knowledge of automotive parts and systems is beneficial.
