Job Summary
- Coordinate class scheduling, working with the chair and class scheduling to meet timelines of all phases of planning, scheduling, proofing and reporting. Provide support for block scheduling and other scheduling-related processes.
- Review the various FAD reports for each quarter, reconciling workload information as needed.
- Coordinate and oversee the recruitment process for faculty, lecturers, and staff.
- Coordinate and oversee department-level activities related to retention, promotion, tenure, post-tenure, range elevation, and periodic review.
- Enter leave usage in AMSS, check and authorize Master Payroll Warrants, and act as liaison to the Payroll Office.
- Oversee process of student evaluation of faculty.
- Coordinate and oversee program/department communications and outreach, including making website updates.
- Inventory, order, and maintain office supplies and equipment.
High school diploma or its equivalent. Type 45 wpm. Four years of general office support or technical experience. (Training at a vocational school or full-time college education may be substituted for two years of the required experience on the basis of one year of college education for 6 months of experience).
SalaryAnticipated Hiring Range: $23.35 - $25.78 per hour
Classification Range: $23.35 - $34.02 per hour
