Overview
Title - Warehouse Inventory Control Clerk I_USA [Warehouse Clerk I]
Pay range - $20.00 - $25.00/hr on W2
1st Shift - 6:00 am – 2:30 pm, Monday through Friday. Candidate must be flexible to work holidays if needed.
Overtime: 3-5 hours per week.
Duration - 6 months

Is there a possibility this role will be converted to full time? Manager is not able to answer at this time.
Responsibilities- Keeping track of inventory, overseeing shipments and deliveries.
- Demonstrates organizational skills and physical ability to manage and store inventory.
- Manage administrative and clerical details necessary to keep the warehouse running smoothly.
- Follows prescribed recordkeeping procedures using computer and/or writing instruments.
- Completes required data entry into reporting spreadsheets, inventory databases, system reports, and shared drives.
- Schedules cycle counting and manages inventory activities as needed.
- Tracks and logs all product inventory, ensuring there are no discrepancies or losses.
- Addresses and resolves issues with incoming ingredients and packaging.
- Reports to warehouse manager to alert them if any issues with shipping or receiving.
- Reconciles physical and financial inventories in M3 system.
- Completes necessary system maintenance to ensure inventory accuracy.
- Checks in incoming trucks and alerts who needs to be notified that the driver is here.
- Other duties as assigned.
Physical Requirements
- 2-3 years experience working in a warehouse.
- Bilingual in English & Spanish is preferred.
- Ability to use Excel moderately.
- Proven problem-solving abilities, math, analytical, and 10-key calculator skills.
- Must be well organized, detail-oriented, flexible, and able to handle multiple assignments with minimal direct supervision.
- Carry out tasks as assigned by the warehouse supervisor/manager.
- Identify damage, loss, or surplus of goods and materials stored in the warehouse.
- Maintain records of all activities and processes pertaining to the warehouse.
- Tracks and logs all product inventory, ensuring there are no discrepancies or losses.
- Warehouse temperatures are variable and often uncontrolled, unless the product being stored requires that the maintenance of a specific temperature.
- Must have strong verbal and written skills.
- Ability to stand for long periods, walk to various locations in the warehouse, move rapidly, bend, stoop, and twist and turn frequently.
- Manual dexterity and good hand-eye coordination are necessary.
- Must be able to occasionally lift up to 20 lbs.
- Must be available to holidays as needed.
