Warehouse Team Member - 3rd Shift

This warm and engaging team member will be an integral part of our North Beach Distribution Center. With a growing business, our picking team member works within a dedicated team to manage customer orders at our fast‑paced warehouse. Activities such as pallet building, order status communication, forklift/pallet jack operating and adherence to safety and quality standards will be a part of daily activities, but it doesn’t stop there.

• Distribution Expertise:
  Proficient in using a scanner to track and pick product throughout the distribution center. Leveraging your distribution experience (preferably food and beverage) and WMS expertise, you ensure picking is done accurately and on time with zero defects. FEFO is your world – you understand the importance and impact. You troubleshoot new and common problems, train others, and adapt your work as operations change.
• Attention to Detail:
  Comfortable picking product to orders averaging a minimum of 2,000+ cases per day while maintaining accuracy. Build perfect pallets using mathematical skills and consistently cycle count orders to confirm accuracy.
• Safety First:
  Maintain a safe and enjoyable work environment with zero safety incidents. Care deeply about safety of fellow team members, address concerns, and conduct pre‑shift inspections while operating forklift and/or pallet jack safely.

• 3 to 5 years of experience working in a warehouse (minimum 2 years required, 3–5 preferred)
• 2 years of forklift driver experience, with current certification (required)
• Experience with warehouse management systems, utilizing scanner technology and/or data entry into desktop (required)
• Knowledge of basic arithmetic and mathematics (required)
• Ability to work 9:00 PM to 5:30 AM, Monday – Friday
• Fluent in English for both written and verbal communication
• Ability to lift 50 pounds repeatedly through the day
• Driven to learn other aspects of the business, team player willing to perform other functions outside of designated role or shift
• Ability and willingness to work overtime & weekends
• Eligible for a $1.50 shift differential

Payrate: $24.30/ hour
