Non-union glass company seeking lead glaziers with 2-3 years or more experience in the industry and experience as a lead glazier, managing other glaziers. Must be able to plan logistics for contract projects and service work calls. Able to manage equipment, shop fabrication, logistics for shop operations, logistics for service work calls throughout Northern California.

Experience managing other glaziers, leading the team in tasks to complete efficiently. Able to correct, teach and guide other glaziers in a professional manner.

Must speak English clearly, have good communication skills, be willing to work as a team member, take instruction from the supervisor and have a clean driving record (no DUI). We fabricate and install aluminum storefronts, curtain wall and related systems along with the typical related activities such as setting glass, installing doors, windows, panels and screens. Measuring and assessing openings accurately is essential. We have ongoing service work throughout Northern CA, requiring the skills mentioned as well as accurate field communication with the supervisor for ordering material, managing tasks, and managing time on site to meet our customers' needs.

Report to shop for service work calls in most cases. Job site report for contract work in most cases.

The pay range for lead glazier is $36-$40/hour depending on skill and experience.
