Retail Sales Associate (Part Time) – Marina Square

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and receive customers in a welcoming manner.
• Demonstrate the ability to work in a fast‑paced environment while utilizing exceptional customer service skills on the selling floor.
• Drive sales through customer engagement, suggestive selling, and sharing of product knowledge.
• Respond to customers’ questions and direct them to fitting rooms, merchandise, and the sales counter.
• Use new technology and embrace all avenues of distribution as tools to service customers.
• Perform merchandising duties including steaming, folding, and displaying product according to visual standards.
• Perform light cleaning tasks to maintain a clean and well‑organized space.
• Perform opening and closing procedures as needed.
• Possess basic math and money handling skills, including processing payments using a POS system.
• Perform other related duties and assignments as required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Retail experience or service industry background required.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Outstanding organizational skills and ability to handle multiple tasks.
• Dedication to creating an excellent customer experience.
• Open‑minded attitude towards our brand and products.
• Ability to adapt quickly and react positively to business needs and changes in strategy.
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs at floor level and/or team lift when necessary.
• Ability to climb short/tall ladders and stoop to retrieve items from floor, shelves, and hooks.
• Flexible schedule.

Compensation

Pay range: $16.50 – $17.00 per hour, dependent on experience and qualifications. Additional benefits include clothing allowance and wellness reimbursement program.

Schedule

18‑24 hours per week, evenings and weekends on a rotating basis.
