How You’ll Make a DifferenceThe Assistant Store Manager acts as the first-line representative to customers in the Store Manager’s absence. You will maintain daily operations, support revenue, delinquency management, occupancy, cleanliness, and customer service as required.
Key Responsibilities- Assist Store Manager with revenue, delinquency management, occupancy, and customer service as required.
- Maintain daily operational activities: inspect stores, perform lock checks, ensure facility cleanliness, and perform minor maintenance duties.
- Process cash handling, balance receipts, post payments, and handle bank deposits in a timely manner.
- Manage all aspects of the rental process, including converting a sale, taking payments, selling merchandise, offering insurance, and assisting customers with truck rentals.
- Participate in collecting past‑due accounts and guide WWP customers through their storage journey.
- Work evenings, weekends, and provide support at multiple sites if necessary.
$18.00–$21.00 per hour + Competitive Bonus Potential

Ability to walk, bend, stand, stoop frequently.
Ability to lift up to 35 lbs. frequently; lift up to 50 lbs. occasionally.
Work evenings and weekends as needed or required.
Operate maintenance tools, communicate in written and verbal format frequently.
