Position: Full Time Temporary Production Work

Initial assignment: up to 4 months of work

Location: San Leandro

Pay: $20.50 per hour plus shift differential

Bonus potential: $600 with completion of 4-month assignment and satisfactory performance and attendance (640 hours)

Must pass a background check, 50lb lift test, and drug screen. Safety shoes required, with up to $50 reimbursement.

This is a union environment. Temporary employees are required to join the union with a reduced initiation fee, earn sick leave according to CA labor codes (1 hour per 30 hours worked), and receive a 50% product purchase discount on chocolate and ice cream fountain products.

The Temporary Production Worker is responsible for packing, bagging, wrapping, marking, forming boxes or bags, machine feeding, table work, or similar production tasks, ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and food safety policies on all product lines.
