Maintenance Supervisor – 2nd Shift

At Torani, an exciting new chapter on our journey toward the $1 Billion vision—and we’re looking for passionate team members to join us. We’re continuing to strengthen our manufacturing capabilities, introducing new technologies, and building the systems that will power Torani’s next generation of growth. This is your chance to be part of a fast-moving operation where reliability, safety, and teamwork make all the difference every day.

We are looking for a Maintenance Supervisor to support day-to-day technical operations across the Flavor Factory and build a reliable, high-performing maintenance team on 2nd shift. You bring strong technical expertise, curiosity, and a proactive mindset that help the team adapt to equipment needs, refine processes, and embrace better ways of working.

This is an exciting opportunity to shape how equipment is cared for, strengthen maintenance standards, and ensure smooth operational support during an essential shift. You’ll guide and develop your team, align maintenance priorities with production needs, and help ensure Torani delivers on food safety, quality, and performance expectations—day after day. If you’re ready to grow with our people-first organization and make a meaningful impact, we can’t wait to meet you!

You’ll be part of a team that leads with heart, lifts each other up, and works together to build something bigger. We’re growing fast, and we want people who grow with us, people who lead with purpose, learn with curiosity, and love what they do.

SUCCESS

FACTORS (FIRST 12–18 MONTHS)
  • Daily Operation Support: You established strong daily maintenance rhythms and clear expectations that helped the 2nd shift team stay focused, responsive, and aligned. Through consistent communication, strong shift transitions, and an active floor presence, you kept maintenance work connected to production priorities and reduced disruption to operations. You ensured work orders, schedules, and downtime details were accurately captured in the CMMS, allowing the team to plan effectively, respond quickly, and follow through with discipline.

Your steady coordination created a reliable operation where priorities were clear, the team stayed proactive, and equipment performance improved over time.
  • Safety First: You set the tone for safety every day, modeling the standards and behaviors that keep our people and equipment protected. You proactively addressed unsafe conditions, reinforced safe maintenance practices during troubleshooting and repairs, and helped ensure guards, sensors, and protective devices were functioning as intended. Team members felt confident speaking up when hazards appeared, knowing concerns would be acted on quickly and thoughtfully.

Through consistent coaching and visible follow-through, you strengthened a culture where safety, food quality, and team well-being always came first.
  • Continuous Improvement: You strengthened performance by making improvement part of daily maintenance work—not a separate event. You used metrics like PM compliance, downtime trends, and work‑order data to spot recurring issues early and guide smarter problem‑solving. By leveraging available resources and co‑facilitating team‑based improvement events, you helped reduce repeat failures, improve reliability, and build better maintenance routines. As operational needs evolved, you helped your team stay flexible and focused while continuing to raise the bar on safety, quality, and uptime.
  • People Management: You built a confident and capable maintenance team through clear development plans, hands‑on coaching, and thoughtful cross‑training. Over time, your team grew into strong problem‑solvers who took ownership of equipment health, responded with good judgment, and supported others through technical learning and troubleshooting. You led with trust and accountability, reinforcing high standards while creating…
