Overview

We’re looking for a dependable and detail-oriented team player to join our Sanitation team and help keep Torani’s Production running safely and smoothly. This isn’t your average cleaning role—our sanitation team ensures that every surface, piece of equipment, and production area is cleaned, sanitized, and ready for use in food manufacturing. Your work is essential to maintaining the highest standards of food safety, quality, and consistency.

Working closely with teammates across Sanitation, Production, and Quality Assurance, you’ll follow established sanitation and CIP procedures, maintain accurate records, and communicate clearly to keep everyone aligned. Success

Factors (First 12-18 months)
  • Sanitation Expert:
    You’ve built a strong understanding of sanitation practices and apply them with consistency and care. You know how every cleaning step—from CIP to surface sanitizing—supports food safety and product quality. You confidently use HMIs to run sanitation tasks, monitor system performance, and enter accurate data during CIP cycles. You spot abnormalities quickly and take the right corrective actions to keep operations safe, efficient, and on track.

    You complete each task with precision, take ownership of your work, and maintain the high standards that keep our operations running smoothly and audit-ready every day.
  • Safety First:
    You make safety a priority in everything you do. You follow all PPE and lockout/tagout procedures and handle sanitation chemicals and equipment with care and confidence. You help identify and address potential hazards before they become issues and encourage others to do the same. Your attention to detail keeps the workspace clean, organized, and safe for everyone who enters it.
  • Clear Communicator:
    You keep your team and leaders informed through clear, accurate communication. Whether updating sanitation logs, sharing task progress, or reporting an issue, your communication is timely and professional. You know that good recordkeeping and clear updates help us stay audit-ready, efficient, and aligned as a team.
  • Reliability & Teamwork:
    Your teammates can always count on you to show up, follow through, and give your best effort. You collaborate easily with others, lending a hand when needed and celebrating shared successes. What You’ll Bring
  • Prior experience working in a food or beverage manufacturing environment
  • M–F, 3rd Shift, plus overtime as needed
  • Eligible for $1.50 shift differential
  • Lift up to 50 lbs
  • Stand, walk, bend, twist for up to 8 hours
Pay rate

Pay rate: $23.40/hour
